Ordered genuine charger for Dell Inspiron it arrived, this is definitely not genuine it doesn’t even have the uk plug. Now I have to pay to return. Disgusting.

scam - ordered have not received anything - AVOID RUN AWAY .

I bought an Asus charger from them and it stopped working after just over a month. I've tried to contact them and they've not replied to any of my messages. I also think that the product may not have been genuine like the website said it was. I noticed a few days ago that the Asus tag wasn't on my charger but the genuine charger does have the Asus tag as does the picture on their website. I'd avoid this website completely - I had limited options, as no-one seemed to have my charger available but if you do need a charger, I would not use them.

Definitely a scam more like cheap chinese chargers . Do not buy!!! Quality is poor and so is customer service.

I’ve ordered a charger 2 weeks ago , still not received it , but miraculously the emails they sent me have disappeared , this is from a Chinese firm NOT a UK firm Do not use

I ordered chromebook charger which lasted three days then stopped working. I emailed Chris and he replied saying to video charger not working, I did emailed it to him and got no response, so I doubt I'll be able to return item! Avoid this company

I think i may have been scammed by these people because they never answer any messages or acknowledge my attempts to cancel the order?

Extremely Rude and unprofessional Chinese company. Following my very young son ordering an item by mistake I contacted the company to request a refund/cancelation within minutes. Employee Chris accused me of lying and told me not to blame my son and to "think clearly". They also told me they would refund if I close a paypal case against them which I did. Now they are stalling issuing a refund even though I did as they asked and sent proof the case was closed. Avoid these people.
