Until my package was stolen
Until my package of $580 was stolen, everything was okay-ish. Then they pretty much stopped being responsive, customer service would simply ignore your replies to the ticket, trying to reach out on discord/whatsapp they would promise to help getting the package opening footage after multiple requests, then completely ignore it for a month. It also appears that they have no control over the warehouse they use, as the warehouse staff claimed to receive an empty package with no proof, while the retailer has shown proof of delivery showing the weight of the package to be 6 lbs, it is my own conclusion the package was probably stolen by the warehouse staff. Avoid at all costs.
