Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand your concerns about privacy. It appears your experience relates to Trustpilot's review invitation rather than the CPR Call Blocker itself. We hope you're enjoying your call blocker and the peace of mind it brings!

Thank you for your review. It’s great to know it’s helping keep your landline free from unwanted interruptions.
They provide no return service for products. You can only communicate with an AI chat agent that seems to go out of it's way to waste our time, and not address our concerns. If you go to their website, NONE of the phone links/forum links work. It has the feeling of a giant scam operated from overseas. So now I'm out almost $100 because this company won't even communicate with me about setting up a return. I would LOVE to take these people to small claims court and sue them, if it wouldn't be such a waste of my time. So if you buy something from these people, you better like it, because you can never return it.

The unit was easy to set up . The call blocker blocks all calls . The only problem they keep changing name and numbers . Hope they give up calling.

Thank you for your positive feedback. Unfortunately, persistent callers can change their numbers and names, but hopefully they’ll soon give up!
This doesn't cut down on calls at all. Also no one has returned my email that I sent for a refund.

Thank you so much for your fantastic review! It’s great to know it’s helping keep your landline free from unwanted interruptions. 😊
Deciding what to block is truly inconvenient. Very ungainly. Should buy the technology from IMP. THAT WAS A MUCH BETTER SYSTEM.
