worst customer service. DO NOT Recommend!
Anyone saying anything other than 1 star has not had to deal with customer service. I was under the 30day return policy and the unit FAILED.
I work remote and was living on the road and thought it would be amazing to camp and work in a nice calm environment. The power generator-batter unit was a complete flop and NO ONE WOULD RETURN AN EMAIL OR CALL BACK. ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS. HOW A COMPANY LIKE THIS CAN EXIST IN THE USA IS MIND BLOWING.
IF THEY ARE REALLY SELLING AS MUCH AS THEY CLAIM THEY SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST REPLACED THE EQUIPMENT.
i lost 3 days of work and have let everyone on my 80k subscribed twitter base know they are frauds. I will be sending out reminders once a month automatically as negative publicity for my tenure on social media. This isn't about money at this point this is about the disgusting policy they run.
Lots of other companies will honor their' policies EXCEPT THIS COMPANY. DO NOT SPEND A DIme WITH THEM.
YOU ARE TRASSSHHH UDPWR. I do reviews for consumer goods and lots of people follow me. Good luck being garbage.
.......
For anyone reading this. UDPWR after I wrote the initial review, they instantly asked for my information, my order number and me to follow up, and so EVERYONE KNOWS, I SENT THEM THE INFO AND GUESS WHAT FOLKS? NOOOO RESPONSE..AS WE SAY IN THE ELECTRICAL GAME. - Shocking!!! I said it before and I'll say it again SCAM BS Company!!! They don't want to admit anything. Scam Scam Scammers... Liars, scammers, do not buy from these people. They didn't even have to respond... Lol they just want to look like they are helping. Smells like far left wackos running their company
......
In response to UDPower recent reply. If you had actual people reading this and not ai, you could email me for my correct email address and order number. You guys are retarded straight up. Your system screwed me is what it did and your simply writing it off. I have a receipt. I have phone logs showing multiple calls. I moved to Asia because the US is crap now. If you read any of my msgs and didn't use ai to do your work you could have pieced this together but instead you're using lack of information as a means to get out of responsibility. The first reply you asked for information, which I gave you the correct info and NEVER HEARD BACK. Such a scam omg.

Hi,
We take product failures and customer service complaints seriously, so we reviewed our order and support records after seeing this review.
At this time, the information you provided does not match the customer information in our system. We have also been unable to locate any UDPOWER order, return request, warranty claim, support ticket, or after-sales email request associated with the details currently provided.
In addition, UDPOWER currently sells directly to the U.S. market, and we do not have records of selling or shipping UDPOWER products to the Philippines. For this reason, we are currently unable to verify that this review relates to a purchase made directly from UDPOWER.
If you purchased a UDPOWER product while in the United States, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
Your UDPOWER order number
The full name used when placing the order
The email address used for the purchase
The phone number associated with the order, if applicable
The product model
Any previous support email, ticket number, or correspondence
Please make sure to contact us using the same email address that was used when the order was placed whenever possible. If a different email address or different customer information is used, it can be very difficult for our support team to locate and verify the original order.
UDPOWER honors its published return and warranty policies. If we can verify the purchase and confirm the product issue, our support team will review the case based on the actual order history, product condition, and applicable return or warranty terms, and work toward an appropriate resolution.
We are ready to assist, but we first need accurate purchase information that matches our records in order to locate the order and investigate the case properly.

Hi Troy,
We’re very sorry to hear about the issue with your AS2400, especially since it has been used as backup power for your wife’s oxygen concentrator.
For the fastest assistance, please contact our support team directly at [email protected]. Our support team typically responds within 24 hours, although replies may take a little longer during weekends or holidays. Please include your order number and a brief description of the “system communications failure” so the team can assist you as quickly as possible.
Because this involves essential medical equipment, please do not rely on the AS2400 until the issue has been resolved, and make sure you have another reliable backup power source available.
Also, for your privacy and security, please do not include your home address, phone number, or other personal information in public reviews or comments. We recommend editing this review to remove those details.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Ruin my Saturday Last me one hour on a full 100 charged
Last me one hour on a full 100 charged, and i was using only one outlet on the smoke free grill.
At leat i cooked my piece of chicken .
And up at 6% and that was not enough power to heat my water for my coffee.
I might have to returne it.

Hi,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience.
Please note that the runtime of the power station depends on the wattage of the appliance being used. If the device you connect has a high power draw, the runtime will be much shorter. The S1200 has a total battery capacity of 1190Wh, so high-wattage appliances such as electric grills and water-heating devices can drain the battery quickly.
That’s why it may have powered your smokeless grill for about an hour, but did not have enough remaining power afterward to heat water for coffee.
If you’d like, please send us the wattage of your grill and coffee maker, and we can help you estimate the expected runtime more accurately and check whether the S1200 is the right fit for your needs.
Best regards,
UDPOWER Support
Your photo of the product shows a solar…
Your photo of the product shows a solar panel so not reading farther I ordered. To my surprise no solar panel. I ordered specifically for solar panels, guess what now I need to buy a solar panel or return your product. Please advise me what is the best way to resolve my problem.

Response from UDPOWER· Oct 3, 2025
Hi Robert,
Thank you for reaching out—and I’m truly sorry for the confusion here. The solar panel shown in some photos is meant to illustrate solar charging; the order includes the S1200 power station only unless a solar bundle is specifically selected at checkout. I can absolutely help make this right.
Here are a few easy options—please tell me which you prefer:
Keep the S1200 and add a solar panel
I can set you up with a courtesy discount on our compatible solar panel and include the correct connector if you need it.
Return for a refund
If the unit is unused and in original packaging, I can provide return instructions and an RMA. Just confirm the condition of the package and I’ll send the details.
Again, I’m sorry this wasn’t clearer up front—we’re reviewing the page layout to make the “What’s included” section even more obvious. Let me know which option works best for you, and I’ll take care of the next steps right away.
Warm regards,
UDPOWER Support

We’re truly sorry for the delay and understand how frustrating it must be to wait longer than expected, especially when you had planned your trip. Our standard delivery time is usually 5–10 business days, but during peak seasons or holidays shipments can occasionally take longer.
Please rest assured we’re actively tracking your order and will continue to monitor it closely until it’s delivered. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll make sure to keep improving our service to avoid such delays in the future.
Best regards,
