While we always take full responsibility for your order on our side, the delivery itself is handled by the shipping carrier, and unfortunately we don’t have direct control over their final delivery process. That said, we genuinely want to help resolve this for you. In similar cases, packages are sometimes received by a neighbor, household member, or placed in a secure nearby location, so we kindly recommend checking those possibilities as well.
