The Ucraft staffs are excellent for helping with such small things. Their response time is pretty quick and I had a lot of help from them. I'll keep using this website builder and finish my website.

Hi! We are thrilled to hear you had such a smooth experience with us. It was an absolute pleasure to assist you, and we thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Best, Laurie
they claim to send you an email before they delete your website, except they never did. the hardwork i've put into my portfolio website (that i had because i am an art STUDENT who does not yet garner a lot of traffic) gone all down the drain. this policy did not exist when i first signed up for their website, nor did they ever notify me a change to these policies. it is unfair that my website is now gone as i never got the chance to do ANYTHING about it. from the bottom of my heart ucraft is the absolute worst

Hi Sam! We appreciate you taking the time to share your honest feedback. We're sorry you feel this way about the recent changes. Our team sent three emails over 30 days to inform and remind our community of the recent changes, explaining the reason behind said changes. Your website will still be live under your free subdomain provided by Ucraft. However, you'll have to pay a small fee to reconnect your custom domain. By activating the Essential add-on, apart from keeping your custom domain connected to your website you'll be able access some premium features such as watermark removal and full access to the SEO App, where you can optimize your pages and improve the search engine rankings. We'll highly appreciate your support! Do not hesitate to reach out to us in case of any further questions. We'll be happy to help! Best, Laurie
So you set up a 'FREE' domain- link it to a website and you're OFF! Then you get an email saying 'yes we know it was free but we've deactivate your account now without your permission, but don't worry if you pay us now (and monthly FOREVER) we can recover it for you.' This disgusting behaviour would be called extortion if it was any other sector- the idiotic excuse then given, basically states that someone somewhere didn't think so many people would be interested in something that was free. The facepalm to that was interstellar. To be honest, incompetence like this would have had me leave anyway- I have gone to a competitor.

Hi and thanks for your review, good or bad, we appreciate the time you took to share your honest feedback! The reason behind the recent changes upon domain connection has been explained through several emails priorly sent to our user base, and the vast majority has happily accepted the new terms due to multiple factors: the free service and quality support received throughout the past years, great functionality available under the free plan, super low fees for the new add-on, and more. We’re sorry you still feel this way and wish you success with your project 🙂 Best, Lena
It is free only at the beginning, and then they write you an email that you need to pay 5eu per month, or the website will be deleted!

Hi Kate, and thanks for the feedback! We're sorry you feel this way about the recent update, but there are a few points I'd love to clarify. Since the beginning of Ucraft, we have provided the community with a solid opportunity to connect a custom domain for free. Now the number of free domains on our platform went significantly high, and it's becoming difficult for us to maintain those domains while keeping the servers active (Google Cloud Hosting) and the business sustainable. Your website will still be live under a free subdomain provided by Ucraft, while there is a very small fee you can opt to pay in case you want to keep your custom domain connected to your site. You'll also get some premium features such as removing the Ucraft watermark and full access to the SEO App. We'd really appreciate your support on this🤍 Feel free to reach out to us in case of any further questions. Best, Lena Head of Ucraft Customer Success Team

Hi Lionel, Lena here! We offer two options to create logos with Ucraft Logo Maker: you can create a PNG file for free or get it in SVG format for $7🙂
Absolutely great deal; I am grateful for using this service and connecting to my domain without any charges; I never see any website designer service like this. As a company, I guess they should think about survival and their employees first. And I am grateful for using the free version for such a long time, and it actually connected to my domain; even with the monthly subscription, it is way better priced than most of the website designer services. And it has enough for me as a designer to use and promote my services. I am happy to have the lifetime plan option. Thanks for supporting, for sure will recommend it to other friends!
