I received my glasses with a little oversight and emailed Customer Service right away. Immediately they said that they would fix the problem. After making sure that they had all the correct information, they preceeded to remake my glasses at no charge. Thank you Ublins.

I love Ublins for their great designs--people *love* my glasses and comment all the time. Shipping is very fast, but it does come direct from China so you get to build up some anticipation. I do wish they had more frames in narrow/small size. Prices are reasonable and way better than I'd get locally.

The ordering process was very easy as my prescription was saved for convenience. Tracking was provided once processing was complete. The entire process took approx. 10 days. The glasses were as described and my prescription was spot on. I would definitely recommend Ublins to anyone wanting exceptional service.
