My first time ordering glasses, I entered ny prescription incorrectly. I was unaware that it was my mistake, I sent an email. They replied quickly and let me know they will replace the frames for $25. I love love these glasses! I am a whole new person and get many compliments on them. Turn lots of heads if you know what I'm staying!

I love the collection of frames and the price. The ordering process was simple but the order status/update could be better. However, they providedan update to my inquiry within 24 hours of me sending it.
