Definitely this company website count with a great customer service people. Kind, helpful, friendly, professional. My experience was the first time and I can't be more happy with them that I am. They find the best way to help me with my order and prescription after I place it. Always keep a great communication and reply my email very fast. My personal experience is A+. In love with my glasses and ready to order more 🥰. Thank you

Dear Zillah, Thank you for posting this review. We didn't know you return the two items to us separately and you didn't inform us of the tracking number of the returned packages, so we are unable to track them. During this process, we have been contacting our colleague in the warehouse to check and look for your returned package. We didn't receive the second package until yesterday. Please don’t worry, we have refunded you the full amount. Any question, please feel free to contact us.
I Love the styles.
