I ve payed my annual suscription + gift in february 2023 on the official U2 website: U2.COM. I payed but impossible for me to buy a presale ticket online and gift never received. I contacted over 10 times the customers service and I never received any answer... Today is 15 jan. 2024 and still no news... U2.com is directed by scammers

U2 pre sales is a shamble, despite being a fan club member for over 20 years, crappy seats offered in the presales The customer support by the fan club for merchandise purchases is awful They should be ashamed

u2.com support is incompetent and slow, subscribers sometimes do not receive the goods they have ordered, the site is run as if they don't know what they are doing. Very suspect service!

The site is broken. U2 expect fans to resubscribe for 4 more pre-sale codes at 40.00. In order to do that you need radio buttons at the top of the page which are no longer present. You see them for a split second at complete page load then they conveniently disappear. I have e-mailed them twice about this, over a week ago was the first e-mail. No response whatsoever. The site was running failrly til Sepetember. Now I'm considering never paying for a subscription again. I need to check the member forums for ride/hotel sharing and I can't. This is unacceptable. u2.com sucks. I have seen better made and run fansites that answer and fix problems in a matter of days. Highly unprofessional. I hope u2.com sees this and gets annoyed. Because that's what I am now.
