U2Reviews of u2.com

I am a loyal, long-time U2.com subscriber who renews the membership every single year without issue. However, I have a major unresolved issue regarding a substantial purchase that has been handled poorly by customer service. On November 17, 2021, I placed order #14428 totaling $252.96. On November 21, 2021, I received an email stating the package had shipped via UPS. Shockingly, I never received this order. To this day, the official UPS tracking status is still frozen and explicitly states that the package is "In Transit". Neither UPS nor the U2 Store ever contacted me to report any issue.I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding this missing order, but they completely wash their hands of the situation and refuse to offer any compensation or solution. The tracking history clearly proves the package was lost by the courier years ago and was never delivered to my address. As a dedicated subscriber who has supported the band for years, I expect the management team to review this case properly and issue a full refund out of goodwill.

I looked on here as I have had issues with receiving a u2.com subscription voucher for a gift and it seems others have the same issue. Absolutely disgraceful service, been given the runaround for months and will not be re subscribing. It is an absolute shame.

I have had the unfortunate experience of U2.Com ineffectual customer services. After several months of emailing them through their website and Fan Club email without a resolution and only to be given the same runaround excuse time and time again, I have decided enough us enough and won't be spending another penny for their Subscription. If only the Band realised how badly their fans are being treated by their representatives. This issue has been ongoing since June 2025 and has still not been resolved in November.

Absolutely the worst band for caring for theirs fans and supporters. Been waiting for over a year for a reply to my important email yet, nothing in back. I will not support them any longer as they are finished as far as I am concerned. Cancelling membership.😡

No one from "customer service" at U2.com responds to requests for help. I am waiting for an order from July 2024. It's now July 2025. I got a tracking number finally on June 6, 2025. It still says "awaiting carrier pickup". I've requested help 3 times since mid June and no one answers. There used to be a phone number but not anymore. There is literally no one to talk to. So I'm out $57 (it's too late to dispute with credit card). The band probably isn't even aware of how awfully bad their website is run.

Just received a vinyl record sent via U2.com in a completely unsealed soft Jiffy bag! You can probably imagine the condition it arrived in - shocking state (cover all creased, record itself bent and unplayable). When I complained and asked for a full refund they had the cheek to offer me a 10% discount as said is "only cosmetic damage" and then proceeded to not respond to my emails. Do not ever buy vinyl from this store as, incredibly, they clearly do not know how to correctly pack and send records. Wish I could award zero stars

1 year passed away from my last subscriptions. Still have no my book. Shame ! Shame ! Shame !

U2.com is just a commercial company without any direct relation to the band. The yearly gifts are not worth the annual subscription fee. The only reason you might want to consider a subscription is that you maybe are able to buy pre-sale tickets for a new tour. But for me it is years ago that I could use that advantage. So I stop funding this company.
