Great experience. Order run into a minor issue but Billy and Candra addressed it quickly and I'll for sure use Two Way Radio Center again.

You sent me an email on 2/24 stating that our item had been shipped. When it still hadn’t arrived on 3/4 I sent an inquiry and you sent another email saying that our order would ship around the middle of the month. Which email is a lie?

10 DAYS AFTER MY ORDER, STILL NO UPDATE AND NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONES.

Best price and fast shipping. Wouldnt hesistate to recommend to friend or coming back for future purchasing.

When I placed this order, the site stated the batteries were in stock. Then I find out they are back ordered until March. Kind of disappointing when our batteries are failing.

My order was easy and even helped me get well informed on things I know nothing about. Candra was a great help.
