Delivery time is long, still have not received them

Radio is great but I picked it based on which model said "in stock, ships today" A week later and it hasn't shipped. Disappointing!!!!

I ordered a small six inch antenna and to my surprise it took almost ten days for the order to be processed, updated and shipped to me. I cannot see myself doing business with this company again.

the product chosen was on the website for sale and there was no delivery...I had to change the product

Order acknowledgment does not supply any update or tracking information for order. No reply to e-mail request for order update. No email when order ships

When I placed this order, the site stated the batteries were in stock. Then I find out they are back ordered until March. Kind of disappointing when our batteries are failing.

It's hard to rate something I have not received yet. I have ordered the D ring from you before and it worked good. Hope the new ones work good they are Christmas presents for co workers. Iam sure the rating would have gone up if I had already received them.

Price was great, and free shipping. The items were shipped out in a fairly timely fashion, but I only got communication/notifications for shipping after asking for it.
