TurboTenant has made property management MANAGEABLE! From marketing, to communicating, to leasing, to maintaining the property while you have a renter. They've thought of everything and I don't know what I'd do without this service. I would recommend it to anybody and everybody.

It was very easy to advertise my property, guide applicants through the process, and keep track of all of them. I have recommended TurboTenant to all my landlord friends. It is excellent!

So Thankful for Turbo Tenant--I have just started using this service after doing an online search !! Everything has changed for the better--I have been a landlord for over 20 years---and I have been doing things wrong which led me to problems--after reading all the articles from Turbo Tenant about how to screen tenants and how to rent in general, I made practice changes immediately and getting great results--This website has helped me reconsider how I am doing things---I will definitely have less problems after I implement the knowledge I have gained after reading all of the great articles Turbo Tenant provides--I have had many leads come from here--Very excited about this website--I put the Icon on My Desktop so I can log into the articles and access information immediately---
