Great company! They made it really easy to sell my house in a market that’s more of a buyer’s market right now in Denver. We wanted it sold before the winter months so it wouldn’t sit empty or lose more value. The team at We Buy Houses in Denver knew exactly what to do and got it done fast. Thanks for buying my house so quickly and being honest and upfront through the whole deal

Shaun Martin is the owner of the house…
Shaun Martin is the owner of the house buying company called We Buy Houses In Denver. We were curious about how this worked since we own a condo in Colorado, but live out of State. Shaun went out of his way to call me back and asked if this was a good time to chat for some time. He was not rushed or on a time frame just wanted to be sure he gave us every little detail on how his business works. He walked us through the process and after collecting information he needed he called us back the next day and we discussed if this was a good fit for us.I want to tell you he was so honest, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Shaun gave us some great advice and no pressure to use his services. He was just an awesome individual that I believe really cared about our situation and directing us on the way to proceed with our condo selling since we were out of State. If you are looking for someone that cares, is honest and has a wealth of information to offer you, I would recommend Shaun and his team.Shaun is definitely someone you can trust to buy your house and get it done legally and fairly

Hi Kame - Thank you so much for the kind words! It truly means a lot to hear that you felt cared for and well-informed through the process. We know selling a property from out of state can be stressful, so I always want to make sure people understand every option before making a decision. I really appreciate the chance to talk through your situation and I’m glad the conversation helped. Thanks again for the thoughtful review and for taking the time to share your experience—it really helps others know what to expect!

We Buy Houses In Denver really stood…
We Buy Houses In Denver really stood out from the start. I felt like they actually cared about me, my family, and what we needed. Shaun, the owner, was upfront about his side too, which I appreciated. He spent a lot of time listening and talking through my situation — honestly, more about me than about the house itself.
It was refreshing to work with people who seemed to enjoy what they do. I never felt like they were just trying to squeeze every dollar out of the deal. Of course, they have to make money, but it felt fair and open the whole way through. The process was quick and stress-free, which to me was worth every penny.
I’ll admit, I was nervous at first after reading so many stories about scams in the cash-buying world. But this wasn’t that at all. We got a solid offer on a house that needed a ton of repairs. I hope they can turn it around, fix it up, and make some good money — they deserve it.
Looking back, I have zero regrets. With the market being unpredictable and houses taking so long to sell, I feel lucky we found them. Sure, the cash price is lower than what I might have gotten if I fixed the place myself, but the truth is I never could have managed all those repairs anyway.
I’ll definitely recommend Shaun, Kylie, and the rest of the team at We Buy Houses In Denver. They took care of everything and treated me like a person, not just a transaction. In an industry where so many seem only focused on profit, these guys are true professionals.

Aria, I really appreciate you taking the time to write such an honest and thoughtful review — seriously, it means a lot. From the first time we talked, I could tell you really cared about doing what was best for your family, not just getting the sale done. I’m the same way — I care more about people than property, and that’s what made working with you so enjoyable.
Like you said in that first call, coming up with a fair cash offer was a bit tricky because there just haven’t been many homes sold lately in the Edgewater and Wheat Ridge neighborhoods (around 80212–80214). That’s kind of the story across the Denver housing market right now — fewer homes selling, listings sitting longer, and not a lot of solid comps to go off of. Still, we worked through it together and landed on something that made sense for both sides — honest, transparent, and fair. That’s how I like to do business.
For anyone reading this who’s researching cash home buyers in Denver or trying to figure out how selling a house for cash actually works, this is exactly what we do every day at We Buy Houses in Denver. We’re local cash buyers, not wholesalers or middlemen. That means when we make an offer, it’s our money, not someone else’s, and when we say we’ll close, we actually close — often in just a few days once title is clear.
We buy houses as-is, handle repairs, cleaning, and closing costs, and work directly with local Denver title companies. You don’t need to list with an agent or worry about buyer financing falling through. Our goal has always been simple — to make selling your home “Simply the Easiest Way to Sell Any House.”
I’ve been buying and fixing homes across the Front Range for years — from Arvada and Lakewood to Aurora and Thornton — and I still love every part of helping people move on from a house that’s become a burden. Whether it’s an inherited property, a rental that needs work, or just a house you want to sell fast for cash, we’ll treat you fairly, explain everything clearly, and follow through on what we promise.
Aria, thanks again for trusting me and the team. You were great to work with, and I’m really glad we could make things easy and stress-free for you.
Kindly
Shaun Martin | Owner, We Buy Houses in Denver

I helped my mom sell her house as she’s…
I helped my mom sell her house as she’s moving in with my brother. Shaun made the whole process simple and stress-free. He kept all of us in the loop, was patient with my mom, and never pressured us. The offer was fair and closing went exactly as promised. What could have been stressful turned out smooth. I’d recommend Shaun to anyone needing to sell quickly and fairly.

Shaun is awesome and trustworthy, so is the company
This company is great, and Shaun is absolutely amazing. We inherited our house which was a total mess. We (my husband and I), decided after a few months of renovating our home, and running out of funds and patience, to just finally sell our home as is. We were ready to move and had a very short window to do so (we have 3 kids in school, and wanted them in their new district before school started). We contacted multiple companies that tried to rip us off (30-40% of our home value). We finally contacted 'We Buy Houses in Denver' and spoke with Shaun. That morning he informed us we would need to wait a short time to figure out what they would be willing to pay, by that evening we were told that he could potentially pay us over 70% of what our house was worth. We agreed to let him come through and take a tour just to make sure that was acceptable for his company. He walked through in less than 30 minutes and decided that, yes, this was a house he would be ready to take on. In fact, he offered just over 80% of what our house was worth. Let me say.... the carpet was over 18 years old (and gross, I might add with 4 kids and 4 cats). The wood was creaking, the siding was rotting... you can see where I am going with this. But Shaun insisted that this was a house he could get behind. His communication responses were super fast (within hours), he was kind, courteous, and respectful. We decided that we wanted to sell by July 1, 2025 and by July 17, 2025 we closed with the money in our account by July 17, 2025. It was fast, painless, and easy. We gave him a deadline of August 1, 2025 (which seems fast to most, but we were ready to get out of there as fast as possible) and he did not make us feel like we needed to rush. We were able to move overseas within 2 weeks because he made sure the bank was on top of getting us our payment.
On top of that: He offered a dumpster free of charge (a giant one I might add) to throw away anything we didn't want. Let me tell you, we filled that thing to the brim (I never realized we had so much stuff). He had it removed AND brought in a new one for more of our trash if we needed it (which we did?).
We want to say: Shaun is super trustworthy. He is not here to rip you off or make you feel bad about where you live or what they need to do. He is fair, and honest, and we would totally work with him again if he were in the state we are currently in.
To Shaun: Thank you for being the best option, and making us feel comfortable and safe selling to you. If it wasn't for you, our family would be stuck in a crap-chute, and miserable for years to come. You are an amazing human being, and we appreciate you more than you will ever know!

I needed to sell my house fast in…
I needed to sell my house fast in Denver and Shaun Martin made it simple. He was professional, honest, and knew the Denver market inside out. The cash offer was fair, no repairs or fees, and I got to pick my closing date. Kylie was also super sweet and went the extra mile. If you want a legit Denver cash home buyer who actually does what they say, I highly recommend Shaun and his team.

We buy houses fast and make selling simple - that's what w tell people, so to then get a review that says "I needed to sell my house fast..... Shaun Martin made it simple" is music to my ears! The rehab is about done so you should see the listing go live in about a week - that's the goal anyway
I wasn’t sure what it would be like…
I wasn’t sure what it would be like dealing with a real estate investor, but working with Shaun was honestly a good experience. He was very generous with his time and info — called and talked with me three or four times before I was ready to get a cash offer. He never pushed. His local knowledge and dedication really shone through. Honest and kind — not what I expected at all. The real deal. Thanks!

The company was great from start to…
The company was great from start to finish and they did everything they said they would. There were no suprizes, the price was fair, they handled all the repairs and there were no inspections after we signed the offer, closed on time, what else can i say. Nothing but praise and I wish them all the luck.
