Turbo tenant makes finding and contracting with tenants easy and reliable. The background checks provide all the data we need to make good choices. 10/10 recommend.

Hi there! We're so glad you are enjoying our Home Guide feature. Let us know if there is anything else we can do to help support you and your business!
The app is very easy to use and it’s helpful but the price is pretty high so I probably won’t be buying the yearly subscription

Thanks so much for the feedback — we’re glad to hear you’ve found the app helpful and easy to use! Just to share a little context: while the price may seem high at first glance, TurboTenant is actually one of the most affordable options out there. Unlike most property management software that charges per unit or per lease, we offer one flat annual price that covers unlimited properties, leases, and more — no surprise fees as you grow. We’d love to keep supporting your rental journey, but totally understand if now’s not the right time. Let us know if you ever have questions!
Sorry, it's a no from me. Slow to respond to emails, slow to answer the phone. Flaky software that prevented a tenant from paying her rent for 10 days for no apparent reason - various error messages. TT wasn't too motivated to resolve these problems either. There's better out there.
