Thank you for your kind words! Your feedback means a lot to us. 🙌
The platform is very buggy, which is not what I want out of something that funnels thousands of dollars a month. In the past, the free version was pretty good, and the paid version was inexpensive, which made it a good choice. It seems that is no longer the case. I recently downgraded to the free version, and now, to do an adendum to a lease that has been with TurboTenant for months, I have to pay $120 to upgrade. I'm obviously not going to do that as I'm trying to get away from TurboTenant, but now I feel like they're holding my lease hostage. It also took a lot of effort to get in touch. Their automated chat told me I couldn't talk to a person because that also costs $120. It told me to email, and then told me I couldn't email. Eventually, I found an email link, but I still had to fight automated responses to get to a human.

The software is very user-friendly and designed with landlords in mind. It saves me time by keeping everything organized in one place and reduces the stress of managing financial records manually.

Thanks for the glowing review, Mohammed!
Love how it's all in one, from marketing the property to screening tenants, lease, and payments. Appreciate that the lease is is comprehensive and compliant. So far my experience has been very positive. I do wish you'd have an option to spread the annual payment monthly so it felt more like a monthly expense.

TurboTenant is extremely easy to use. I’m using it for past one year. I was able to create new lease and extend the existing lease easily in minutes. The document looks very well organized in sections and very professional. I also use it to communicate with my tenants and they pay rent using it too.
