Excellent experience using TurboTenant the last four years. We will continue to use as long as we have our rentals.

Thank you so much! Four years of trusting TurboTenant with your rentals means a lot to us, and hearing that you plan to stick with us for years to come is an even bigger compliment. We're grateful to be part of your rental management journey and truly appreciate your continued support!
Would give it a negative 1 if possible! They do not vet the landlords using the service. That should be just as important as it is for tenants as it might cut out at least some of the cartel activity! The experience I had was to run strait into Drug and Prostitution activity. In total it cost me 1200 out of pocket so do your homework before using this service!

I simply want to register as a new renter. I've followed the instructions and have continually been bounced back to the beginning to initiate verification. I have reached out for assistance but didn't get any useful help. I have spent way too much time on this problem. I have no other options and can no longer spend any more time on this site.

Hi John, we’re sorry your first experience with TurboTenant was so frustrating. Getting registered as a renter should not have required this much of your time, and we understand why repeatedly being sent through the verification process was discouraging. We’re glad our team was able to connect with you directly and get the issue resolved. We appreciate your patience while we worked through it and hope the rest of your experience with TurboTenant is a much smoother one.
First off, I am a new landlord. I set up an account and it was IMMEDIATELY flagged and restricted. I filed an appeal and they responded that they cannot lift it without giving ANY credible reason! I believe it was my name they seen and knew I was a person of color so they denied me. Here is there “REASON” “ After a careful review of your case, we’re writing to let you know that we won't be able to lift the restriction on your account. We know this is incredibly disappointing news, and we’re genuinely sorry we can't offer a different outcome. Please know that our team did not make this decision lightly. We have completed a comprehensive review and are unable to revisit this outcome or process further appeals for this account.”- RIDA. She did NO real research gave no valid reasoning whatsoever.

Hi LR, we understand how frustrating it is to have a new account restricted and not receive specific details about what led to that decision. Our account review process is designed to protect the safety and integrity of the TurboTenant community, and we’re unable to disclose the specific signals or criteria used in individual security decisions because doing so could compromise those safeguards. We take the concerns you’ve raised here seriously and would like the opportunity to review your experience further. Please email us at [email protected] with the email address associated with your account so we can take a closer look.
As a landlord I really appreciate having TurboTenant . It's a very good place to advertise our properties. We can post pictures and descriptions of available properties. They distribute those ads to their other online companies so it gets wider view. Prospective tenants can complete a pre-screener so you can see if the person would be an appropriate fit for your property. A time saver for us is that we can send them pre-written replies, depending on the situation. We can also send out our own application or TurboTenant's application. We can also set it so TurboTenant stores our leases and tenants can pay their monthly rent through the app. There is a basic free version or you can choose to pay for extra features. It's been very helpful to us. We would recommend it!

Thank you, Mira! We really appreciate you taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We’re so glad TurboTenant has helped you reach more prospective renters while also saving you time throughout the process. Having everything from marketing and screening to leases and rent payments in one place is exactly the kind of experience we want to create for landlords. Thank you for trusting TurboTenant and for the recommendation!
Company provides terrible service unless landlords subscribe to paid tiers. Chat service takes hours to get basic questions answered, many times with no resolutions. "Kevin F" aka KFlow in particular is exceptionally rude and offensive. Would not recommend.

Turbotenant's makes keeping up with rental expenses and rents extremely efficient. I love that it automatically sends rent payment notices and reminders each month. I have also been very happy with their customer service. They have been responsive and helpful each time I've needed assistance with navigating the software and doing tasks... this compels me to continue using their service.

Thank you, Kenneth! We love hearing that TurboTenant is helping you stay on top of both rent payments and expenses without adding more to your plate. We’re especially glad our Support team has been there whenever you’ve needed a hand. Knowing that the combination of the platform and the people behind it keeps you choosing TurboTenant means a lot to us!
Trash site sends emails a week before rent is due. This is harassment because they won't stop, even if you request that they do. Basically , they're just harassing you trying to get you to sign up for autopay. Read their lame, stupid reply. Why can't they turn them off? I send all their trash emails to spam. Highly NOT recommended!

Response from TurboTenant· Sep 28, 2026
Hi Michael, we’re sorry the rent reminders have been frustrating. These notifications are intended to help renters stay aware of upcoming payments, not to pressure anyone into enrolling in autopay. Reminders are sent as a payment approaches and continue until the rent payment is recorded as paid. We understand that the frequency may not be helpful for everyone, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback about the experience.
