Sehr unseriöser Shop. Die Website entspricht nicht den deutschen Gesetzen: Es gibt kein Impressum und der Anbieter ist eine chinesische Firma, die das bewusst verschleiert. Keine klaren Hinweise zu Rücksendungen, und erst nach dem Kauf erfährt man, dass man teuer nach China zurücksenden muss. Zudem verlangen sie unzulässige 25 % „Bearbeitungsgebühr“. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Dear Tumama Customer Support, I hope you are doing well. I am contacting you regarding my recent order #PO1544TK. The tracking status shows that the parcel was delivered, but when I checked, it was not at my address. I have not received the package. Could you please look into this issue and advise me on the next steps? I would appreciate your help in locating the parcel or issuing a replacement/refund. Thank you for your assistance. Excellent communication with customer support. Required replacement part; received it 1 week later shipped from China. Totally satisfied.
