Just finished a welcoming call with Johann Aguilar, he has great customer service. The whole sign up process was very easy and straightforward. I was provided with all information needed. I’m definitely looking forward to an APP version of the website.

I signed up a few weeks ago. I was a little weary but took the chance. I realize that with medication, thats not super smart...but I did. I had been on Zepbound for 8 months prior. I needed to find an alternative since my health insurance no longer paid anything g for weight loss medications. I have struggled with my weight all of my life. Being in my 50s, it is so very difficult. Once I signed up, the staff has been very responsive and the medication came quickly. They follow up to ensure you received your medication and if you have further questions. They also follow up with you after you've had a dose or two, make sure your comfortable. So far, so good!

Easy to signup and navigate, you get emails and texts messages following up constantly, it’s easy to reach someone for help if needed at any time. Rachelle did my on boarding call and answered every question I had thoroughly.

I have been greeted with nothing but helpfulness, grace and respect. They have helped and resolved with my payment issues along with an order I received that was incorrect. They do what is right and I have not had any problem thus far with my journey. Customer service is top notch and would recommend thus far.
