I had a little hiccup at first with my dosage. I uploaded my current prescription, having been on a GLP-1 for six months, but only got prescribed the lowest dosage. I wrote customer service and quickly got a response and they fixed it. Immediately. I paid for the full six months which saves me $75/month. I’m excited to continue my weight loss journey with Yucca Health.

I had a shipment arrive in Minneapolis and then for some unexplained reason it went to Kentucky. Had a bit of an issue with customer service on this but nothing major. Received the package the next evening (yay) but there was only one months worth of product in the box. Reached out to customer service and they immediately opened up a ticket for the missing product and supplies. I received all missing items 5 days later (and it didn’t have to go to Kentucky this time!)

The rep was very nice and polite. She guided me on the Yucca website and assisted me in getting a new password. She guided me on which icons to use and how to use them. I am now able to get on the website easily.

The support staff has been amazing and have answered all of my questions almost immediately. The doctor was quick to review my chart and approve the needed medications. I ordered the medication Tuesday and it was shipped the next day!!

My experience was great.

I emailed back and forth several times with different questions. Always a quick reply and responsieve answers. There was a difference between what was quoted during my intake form and what was on facebook. I got an understandable response.
