That said, we completely understand how upsetting this was for you, and we agree that cancellation should be straightforward. Cancelling your subscription is something our team can handle immediately, and we would have loved the opportunity to resolve this for you directly. Hi Kim, Thank you for reaching out, and we are deeply sorry for the extreme stress and frustration this situation has caused. We completely agree—canceling a subscription should be straightforward, and having your emails go unanswered while orders continue to ship is completely unacceptable. Purchasing through a Facebook ad often means a store account was generated using the email address associated with your order or checkout without a password initially set up. We want to help you gain control of your subscription and stop any further charges immediately: Accessing Your Subscription Portal: Try logging into tryvitro.com using the exact email address where you receive your order receipts. If you haven't created a password yet, click "Forgot Password" or "Manage Subscription" on the login page to send an activation link to your inbox. Once logged in, you should be able to pause or cancel the active recurring subscription directly. Account Investigation & Refunds: Because review platforms do not display your private account information, we cannot locate your order directly from this post. Please send us a direct message here or reach out through our official website contact form with your full name, order number, and email address. Our management team will immediately verify your account, ensure your subscription is permanently deactivated so no further shipments occur, and review all charges processed after your initial cancellation requests to issue full refunds. Thank you for your patience while we prioritize and resolve this for you right away.

Hi Leigh, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re loving the texture after just three days! Formulating a balm that delivers deep nourishment for dry skin without leaving an oily or greasy residue is no easy feat, so knowing it’s hitting the sweet spot for you is fantastic news. Using it on your hands is a brilliant idea—the portable format makes it so easy to toss in a handbag for on-the-go hydration! We also really appreciate your note about a larger size; feedback like yours is incredibly helpful as we look at expanding our product lineup in the future.

Non-delivery of your orders and unexpected automated charges are completely unacceptable. We hold our ordering, shipping, and billing processes to strict standards, and we take any issues regarding customer consent and unfulfilled orders extremely seriously. We want to investigate and resolve this for you immediately: Order Tracking & Audit: We will review all 3 orders to identify where the breakdown occurred with delivery and provide immediate resolution. Subscription & Billing Review: We will review your account's subscription status and billing history to address any unauthorized or unexpected recurring payments immediately. Full Refunds / Resolutions: Any unfulfilled orders or unauthorized recurring charges will be reviewed and refunded in full in accordance with our resolution policies. Hey, Mary! Thank you for bringing your experience and concerns to our attention. We take all feedback regarding product consistency and skin reactions very seriously. Regarding the texture, our balm is formulated with rich, nourishing ingredients designed to melt effortlessly into the skin upon contact, which gives it a naturally softer consistency. However, if it feels overly soft or melted, storing it in a cool place or giving it a brief dip in cold water can help firm it right back up. More importantly, we are so sorry to hear about the cold sore on your upper lip. Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV-1), which can lay dormant and be triggered by various factors such as stress, friction, sun exposure, or localized skin irritation. If your skin is sensitive to certain active ingredients or botanicals, the formula may feel too intense or cause minor irritation, which can sometimes trigger an underlying outbreak. We strongly recommend pausing use of the product immediately while your lip heals. Please feel free to reach out directly to our customer support team so we can assist you with a return or refund and gather a few more details about your batch.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Sina, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and stress this situation has caused. We completely agree with you—canceling a subscription should always be simple, transparent, and fully functional, and it is unacceptable that you experienced roadblocks when trying to reach us. We take full responsibility for the breakdown in both our portal settings and email system. Having support emails bounce back when you are actively seeking help is far below the standard we set for our customer experience. We are currently having our technical team urgently investigate our support email routing to ensure no other messages are being rejected. Because you attempted to cancel on 28 May and have kept documentation of your attempts, we want to make this right immediately: Immediate Cancellation: Your subscription will be canceled right away so that no further recurring charges occur. Full Refund: Any charges deducted from your account following your initial cancellation request on 28 May will be refunded to you in full. Since Trustpilot reviews do not share your private account details with us, please send a direct message with your name and order email, or contact us directly so our escalation team can locate your account and process your refund immediately.
