Trimi HealthReviews of trytrimi.com

They changed my plan from monthly to quarterly when I specifically said I didn’t want that. I contacted them and she said she would stop automatic fills but instead paused my entire treatment but says that it’s at my request. I have the chat messages where I said I did not want a quarterly plan. Instructions are confusing as they send a different concentration every month. I’m a nurse and I can’t figure it out. No one to talk to just messages from “Sofia” and some others. Need a refund or may just file with my credit card company.

I am writing another review because I finally gave up trying to get an increased dose for free which "Sophie" offered when I told them after 4 weeks I had no response to medication. She said it "takes time" so I would be suspect of anyone's reviews that they lost a ton of weight quickly. I was on semaglutide with another company and within days my appetite was surprised. Not to with the "tirzepetide" I got from Trimi. Someone reviewed here they were offered a refund if they would take their review down and that's what Trimi said to me, take your review down and we will give you a free month at higher dose. They did not care about my experience they just wanted the review down. After 2 weeks of back and forth with either Sophie or Christian ... keep in mind no phone calls for customer service is available ... it turns out I had to complete my 3 months and then they would send me another 3 months with one month free and that would be 15mg when my highest ending dose was 20mg. Make that make sense. I just gave up. I am doing another 1 star review to combat what I'm sure are fake 5 star reviews. If you read them they ALL just say shipping is fast and ordering process is easy. This is true but that's true with any of these companies. You want the product you pay hundreds of dollars on to work. There is ONE review saying she lost 40 pounds in 2 months. Maybe it's true but logic dictates it's suspect. Please read the 1 star reviews. They are detailed with the bad experiences. This is not a good company. Use anyone but Trimi.

My original review was removed from what I believe was probably people reporting it as fake. I have trimi health and they are amazing. I am down 30 lbs now after using trimi health in 2 months. They are worth it! I purchased the 1 year program and had quick shipping. Only issue i had with them was I was short a couple syringes.

Very responsive customer service and excellent packaging of my ordered meds. From intake to delivery was an outstanding 4 days and would have been 3 if UPS had delivered on time

I wrote a review on 3/11 above. I received a response from “Chris”. In part, he said “we responded to all your messages, there is no text where we didn’t respond. WE CAN REFUND THE 3/4 AS LONG AS YOU REMOVE THE REVIEW”. I sent him the screen shots of the 2 ignored messages. I told him I didn’t like being threatened. He was holding $900 hostage to get me to erase the review. He responded on 3/13 that my money would be refunded.

The signup process was simple. I completed the questionnaire and heard back the next dy. My order arrived a few days later in discreet packaging and everything went smoothly.

This is a scam. They don’t send you increased dosages even when doctor approves. The medications are suspect. I was taking for 4 months and lost 6 lbs. They will not sent higher doses to keep you paying the subscription. Run don’t walk. There are a lot of scammy companies out there and this is one. Ends up being really expensive.

I took advantage of the one-year prescription from Trimi. Upon receiving the vials I was very skeptical of the product. I was using semaglutide at 2.3mg and was giving an equal of the Tirzepatide (so I was told). I was requesting information and was told the doctor would contact, I was then told we are only a telehealth clinic no calls. With the less than expected results and speaking with my doctor, I requested a pharmacy report of the medication. The pharmacy I was receiving my semaglutide through would send me a cut sheet with my prescription showing the batch of the medication. I have been asking for this report over a week with Trimi, they send me the pharmacy information and tell me the pharmacy will call me and still nothing. The pharmacy they use is Vials RX, which there is not much information about them besides some low reviews through another platform. So in conclusion, approaching 1 month in, +-1 pound, haven't provided the medication pharmacy report, no contact besides emails. Not pleased with using this service, and would not recommend to others.
