First....the positives. These products work GREAT!! If you suffer from Eczema, KP or extremely itchy dry skin, then this trio is your answer!! I can't say that about many products but when you use this twice a day on clean skin...it's like a MIRACLE!! This Eczema cream combined with the resurfacing lotion and the Hyperpigmentation lotion, really delivers on what it says it can do. They have managed to put all the right ingredients in here and my skin stays hydrated and moisturized all day. No more itching and scratching!! Now for the negatives: Fluctuating pricing and deceptive advertising as far as how they ship and deliver their products. Basically LIES!!! They claim to use ,"reputable" shipping companies like DHL and FedEx. They also will falsely make you believe that the USPS is somehow involved. Also a LIE! As far as I know, customers don't get a choice. Long story short....I never received my products that were allegedly "delivered" Meanwhile, THEY couldn't even track it or provide PROOF! Even as I type this, the status of my shipment is "Awaiting package from the Sender"! However...they claim it was delivered a week ago when it was "Out For Delivery" for 7 days! Only today did they provide a generic photo of half a dozen random packages thrown on the ground. This company uses 3rd party couriers from China like UniUni, GoFo, Track17, Yanwen,etc.. At no point is the USPS involved! If they were, packages would be placed in mailboxes, or parcel lockers. Instead...it's a snatch and grab free for all. Flip a coin if you actually get your delivery if you live in an apartment building without a designated mail room or concierge. This company simply doesn't care about YOU or your hard earned money. So...until they can insure and assure their deliveries by providing customers with a preferred shipping option, pass by this company!!

I had high hopes for this product having suffered with KP my whole life, and despite it being a lovely easy cream to apply it has had absolutely no effect on my skin. I’ve been using daily for over two weeks now so would have expected a slight change at least. I’ve emailed to I for the company of this and requested the money back guarantee, however have so far received no response. Perhaps be wary of purchasing, I’m now reading some of the bad reviews and it seems unlikely that they will grant such a guarantee.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We want to clear up a few points as there seems to be some confusion. All Strawberry products are shipped from our US-based warehouse — we do not ship orders from China. Each product includes full manufacturer and ingredient information on its packaging in compliance with FDA cosmetic labeling requirements. If you received something that appears different, please email us at [email protected] with photos so we can investigate right away. Product size is clearly stated on every product page before purchase, and our formulas are designed to be highly concentrated so you don’t need to use a large amount to see results. It’s also important to note that there are unfortunately knockoffs and scams of our products online. If the purchase was not made directly through our verified website, we cannot guarantee its authenticity. We encourage all customers to make sure they are purchasing from the official Strawberry store before leaving feedback on our brand page.
Firstly I have not used the product so this isn’t a review about the product. It’s a review about customer support. I ordered the product which I received in good time but my situation had changed and I know longer wanted the product. I followed their refund policy and emailed requesting a return/refund. It has not been quite a few weeks and I have not received a reply. I have emailed multiple times, reached out on other platforms trying to get a response and have yet to have a reply. I am hoping, maybe, I will get a reply to this. I cannot call them as it is an international number and according to their terms and conditions I have followed their processes, so I am not sure why I am not receiving a reply! Please help trystrawberry.
