Jamika was the representative that called me and she was amazing VERY informative and nice. Asked me if I had any questions made sure I understood the entire process and made me feel very comfortable on my journey with shed!

I had difficulty signing in and resetting my password and did not want to receive further product so I sent a message to "support". After telling me they would forward it to the team they then pointed me to the cancel page (days later). The chat messages sometimes take 48 hours to respond so if you don't remember to check the messages you find yourself forgetting to cancel the product. I am now going to receive the 3rd month of an ineffective product that i am unable to take and $345 dollars later. Customer service simply says they need to be consistent with their polices. And yet, they charged me for another product on 7/7/26 and never shipped the product. Somehow they were able to refund me, even though there is a policy against it. Extremely fatigued of these online, subscription models that make it difficult to cancel and are delayed to answer and unwilling to help. Horrible experience, don't recommend using them.

I have been stressed about what to do with my weight - I have been on the same plateau for around 3.5 months. TryShed has made going on GLP1s easy. The email messages and text have been extremely educational. Also, I spoke with Ms. Tamika who answered all of my remaining questions. She was really supportive which i needed. I am glad I contacted TryShed. Thank you!
