Hi Mike, Thank you for putting the FieldOps Pro through such a thorough test with your .308 and .360 BHMR rifles! Your description of how the earbuds respond to each shot while allowing you to hear sounds like bullets traveling downrange and raindrops nearby gives us a great picture of your experience. It’s encouraging to hear that the sound suppression and quick response stood out compared with other brands you’ve tested. We also appreciate your suggestions about wind protection for the microphones and faster shipping. Feedback like yours helps us understand what matters most to shooters who spend time testing their gear in real range conditions. For further assistance, kindly contact our support team at [email protected] Thanks for taking the time to share such detailed observations and for choosing Ravine! Regards, Ace Social Media Team

Hi Mickey, Thank you for sharing your experience with the FieldOps Pro! We’re glad the earbuds have exceeded your expectations in terms of setup, comfort, and ease of use. Your point about replacement tips is a good one, especially with your 30 years of experience using hearing protection. Ear tips can wear out over time, and having replacements available makes it easier to keep using a pair that fits well. We do sell replacement foam and silicone ear tips, please contact our support team at [email protected], and we’ll help you with ordering the replacement tips. Hi Nate, We're sorry to hear about the connection issues you're experiencing with your FieldOps Pro, especially after you've already tried troubleshooting, cleaning, and re-pairing the earbuds. We checked our records to see whether this issue had previously been reported to our support team, but unfortunately, we couldn't locate any prior correspondence from you regarding this problem. We would have welcomed the opportunity to assist you directly before you felt the need to leave a review. The good news is that an issue where sound plays through only one earbud may be resolved with the proper reset and re-pairing procedure. We'd appreciate the chance to walk you through the appropriate steps and determine whether a replacement may be necessary if troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue so our team can look into it and help you find a solution. We want you to get the performance you expected from your FieldOps Pro, and we'd appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Regards, Malcolm Social Media Team

HI Dick, We appreciate you for sharing your thoughts on the earbuds. It’s good to hear that they’re suppressing shooting noise well and that you chose them to avoid interference with your gun’s stock. A proper fit is important, so make sure to try the different ear tips provided to find the size that seals comfortably in each ear. You can also cycle through the three listening modes using the button on the earbuds, with voice prompts indicating the selected mode. Since you’re not noticing a difference between the modes and are having trouble hearing voices clearly, we’d like our support team to help you look into this further. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can assist you with troubleshooting and explore the available options. Regards, Malcolm Social Media Team
