I reached out to customer service to inquire about an issue I was having with the fountain. I received prompt responses and clear instructions, including a video, on how to troubleshoot the issue. They ended up sending me a replacement fountain at no cost to me and without me requesting one. My 15-year-old cats drink significantly more water from this fountain than any I have ever purchased for them. The height of the fountain is optimal. The flat, shallow water basin helps their whiskers avoid whisker fatigue, which occurs with deep water bowls.

Had an issue with my cats adjusting to the new fountain. I received prompt reply to my return inquiry and was satisfied with the return process. So helpful and fast to response. I really wish my cats would have loved the fountain.

Why mess with filters. We like to give our cats Ozarka Spring Water...unfiltered is the ticket. Our other one came on everytime they approached it and this is much better not to startle them everytime.LOVE it so far.

These fountains are great, my boy has urinary tract issues so making sure he is hydrated and healthy is really important. One of the two units I got had a slight leak but the customer support was incredible. Their response time was very quick, always within 24 hours, the troubleshooting instructions they provided were very clear and easy to follow, and they didn't hesitate to work with me to solve the problem. The problem got worked out and I couldn't be happier. It is certainly worth the price, I am glad to support a business that is putting the health of our little fur babies first.

This is a company willing to listen and learn from what does and doesn’t work. I purchased 2 AquaOne’s, and one of them was having an issue. With patience and perseverance and videos, they sent out a replacement no charge. I highly recommend the AquaOne. My cat loves it and I love knowing it is keeping him healthy and hydrated.

Great product, Aqua One, The two tank concept and ease of maintenance are what impressed me the most. Cat drinks from it too! I had a question about initial charge time I submitted via their web app, they answered right away (I just needed to be more patient, took another hour). When I didn't reply for a few days I was impressed that they sent me a follow-up message. My main complaint is that I did not get their targeted advertising (on Facebook) before I purchased my prior fountain. Maintenance and cleaning was a hassle and time sink. The Aqua One is so much better and simpler.

Well at first my cat didn't like the purestream. I had no idea why exactly, I was thinking the stainless steel was too reflective. The lighting was blinding her. Cats are fussy, need I say more. Thinking I was gonna give up on her, and donate the unit to less fortunate people. She decided to try the water. Now she exclusively drinks from the purestream. I could discard the old plastic tub that always had floaty things in it. Moral of this story is: If your cat doesn't like the purestream at first, she eventually will. Be patient with your fussy furry Queen or King.
