Hi there, So sorry you’re having to refill it every day! That definitely sounds like something we should take a closer look at. Please reach out to our support team with your order number and let us know how quickly the clean water tank is running out. We’ll help figure out what’s going on and get you taken care of! Hi Sarah, I’m really sorry for how drawn out this whole experience was! Between the original shipment getting lost, the replacement delay, and then the fountain arriving warped, you had way more friction than you ever should have. I was able to find your conversation, and I’m glad you were ultimately able to get it assembled, but you absolutely shouldn’t have needed tools or extra help to do that. Our team has already offered to make this right, and if you run into any issues with the fountain from here, please reach back out to us, and ask for Victoria. I'll be happy to help! Hi Diane, So sorry the delivery was such a headache! I’m glad to hear you’re loving the fountain itself, but getting it to you definitely shouldn’t have been that frustrating. Hopefully this one treats you much better from here, but if you run into any issues at all, please reach out to us and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. Victoria Head of Support 🐾
