I found this mask did help my skin to look healthier, but was disappointed when the mask stopped working 92 days after I received it. I contacted Lumidermis and even though it was past their warranty period of 90 days, they have replaced the whole thing and posted it at no cost to me. I appreciated this gesture since a product with this price tag is an investment. I didn’t have any issues dealing with their customer service team, I found ‘Sarah’ to be quite helpful. Their website looks very professional. However, there isn’t any Lumidermis branding on the box or mask. It would feel more legitimate if the same attention to detail went into the packaging as was put into the website.
