I can say when I ran out I noticed the difference more by not taking them. When taking them you don't feel anything is happening, which really it is. This is why I'm reordering.

I read about Corti Help in the middle of the night as I lay awake again with my head full of unwelcome thoughts. Took advantage of a two for one offer with a ‘what have I got to lose’ attitude and a degree of skepticism. After a month I found I was still waking at 3am but drifting off again without needing to pick up a book or phone. The product seems effective in reducing the 'fight or flight' type symptoms I experienced all the time. However the 'reaching out' emails are incredibly annoying, intrusive and patronising. Shame as it is a good product

Good service. Am only on the first bottle but do believe I am sleeping better. Will review again in another couple of months.Feeling less stressed.
