Had to temporarily cancel subscription do to a surgery & extensive rehabilitation. Anna; customer service rep was so und& empathic she temporarily cancelled subscription & gave me a 50% credit on order that was sent to my home. She kept me advised along the way which was comforting to me. This is how customer service should be. Thank you
