Hey Corina, We are sorry to hear the product did not work for you. Everyone’s skin reacts differently and we completely understand that not every product is for everyone. We do refund the entire amount the product is worth. We already bear the cost of shipping the product to you in the first place. For a refund, our policy states the customer returns the product. Even SEALED RETURNS cannot be resold once they have left our facility, as skincare products must meet strict storage and handling standards and we cannot guarantee the product has not been exposed to heat, cold or tampering during transit. That is an additional cost we absorb as a small business. The only cost the customer covers is the return shipping, which is standard across the skincare industry. That said, we always try to work with our customers. If you feel your case was not handled fairly please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will do our best to find a solution for you.

Hi, We appreciate you sharing your experience, but what you are describing is simply not accurate. The SUBSCRIPTION option is a separate choice that you actively select on the product page to receive 20% off your order. If you tick the SUBSCRIPTION box, you receive the discount and it becomes a recurring order. If you leave it unticked, the order remains a one-time purchase at full price with no recurring charges. This is entirely in the customer’s control. The SUBSCRIPTION details are clearly displayed in bolded print on the product page (“Subscribe & Save 20%”), in your cart (“Deliver every month”), and at checkout (“Delivered every 4 weeks”). Nothing is hidden. We also send every subscribed customer a reminder email 3 days prior to their next charge, giving you plenty of time to cancel or reach out to us before any payment is processed. Calling this “misleading and unacceptable” is unfair when the information is clearly presented at every step of the checkout process. We also make it extremely easy to cancel any SUBSCRIPTION and process refunds without hassle. In fact, once you reached out to us, we cancelled your SUBSCRIPTION immediately and gave you the option to return your product for a full refund according to what our policy states. Because the order had already shipped, we cannot simply issue a refund without the product being returned. You can do this yourself through your account or simply by emailing us at [email protected] and we will have it sorted for you right away. Thanks, The TryCure Team
