Zero really First order was delayed THEN they took a 2nd payment from my credit card (without my knowledge / permission) for a 2nd order not placed by me (whilst the first order had still not received) and now won’t return this 2nd payment taken without my consent nor answer emails!!!!

Terrible dishonest company, takes your money and delivers nothing. My order has been sitting at order received for 16 days despite ERAE confirming it’s in transit. Now about to take them to Dept of Fair Trading. PLEASE do not waste your money.

Erae needs to clean up their return policy and customer service! I had to take photos to send six bottles back ( I don’t remember ever asking for that number). They had to deliberate over the return and wanted me to pay for return shipping! I did not want this order of 6 bottles as I had asked them to cancel my subscription. They set up a subscription for me without notice or ability to easil cancel. DO NOT BUY!

I loved the queen body oil. It made a difference in helping my skin look softer and smoother. I am getting ready order for a second time.

The most beautiful smell and a light, nourishing oil that immediately absorbs And stunning packaging! 10/10

Although it took a while to get the product, I have been very happy with the results. My skin is smoother, more hydrated and I can actually see imprement in my fine lines and crepy skin.

I love my oil. I am using it twice a day and my arms are much better. I recently lost weight and my skin is saggy and wrinkly and this oil helps. I wish there were a whole body oil pump version!

I still find it rather difficult to comprehend quite how thirsty skin can become with age, but the effect of Eraé Queen Oil on mine has been remarkable. My skin simply seems to drink moisture, and I have found that the oil satisfies that persistent dryness in a way that creams, however rich, simply have not. I have also lost a significant amount of weight, and the skin on my arms in particular has suffered as a result: it is crinkled and has lost some of its underlying firmness. Queen Oil cannot perform miracles, of course, but the overall appearance and feel of my skin are considerably better than I would have expected. It feels softer, more comfortable and, above all, properly nourished. Using an oil rather than a cream takes a little adjustment, but I now rather enjoy the ritual. The fragrance is lovely without being overwhelming, and the oil seems to sink beautifully into skin that otherwise never feels entirely satiated. I am very glad that I invested in Queen Oil. Finding something that genuinely helps with what can be a surprisingly difficult consequence of ageing has been a real pleasure, and I shall certainly continue using it.
