Try Cravies failed on every level
I ordered eight boxes of cereal. All eight arrived expired. You expect a basic level of quality when you buy food. They did not meet it. • Every box had an expiration date that passed months ago. (printed on the inner packaging, not outer box) • No apology. No ownership. • No response from Customer Support after multiple follow-ups. Edit: Received a response from their Customer support - They claim that the incorrect expiration date was due to a printing issue. I find it extremely hard to believe that their factory would "accidentally" print the wrong year on this specific batch considering they just launched in July What's even more suspicious is the fact that these dates were printed on the inner packaging and not the outer box. There is little to no information about this company on the Internet, no digital footprint apart from an Instagram page with a mere few hundred followers. I will continue to update my review based on feedback.
