After being signed up automatically for autoship that I never agreed to, I was finally able to cancel it through their maze of links. It worked, subscription cancelled, charges stopped. Now, 5 months later, they charge me out of nowhere for an order larger than what I was signed up for initially and have reactivated my subscription. Of course there's no way to contact them, they don't respond to anything. This has to be illegal right?

I’ve ordered a few times and enjoy their cereal, however I’ve noticed that in recent orders, delayed shipments. And now, took the money and no product and they won’t respond to repeated emails so I had to start a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Really wish they’d get it together!! I do like the cereal.

We like the product but now they are charging us for product they never shipped. Filing complaints with my credit card, the FTC and the BBB. Sad this company will not respond to email and think this is a good way to run a business.

Billed as diabetic friendly and it drove my type 1 diabetic Wife’s blood sugar through the roof. They hide the fact that you are automatically set up on a subscription and it very hard to cancel once you figure it out. They will not talk with you about any of it at all. Tried many times to work things out with but absolutely no response.

The cereal is pretty good. However, once you sign up for the subscription, it’s very difficult to cancel. I wouldn’t start.

I have been dealing with unauthorized subscription charges from this company for several months, and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I never agreed to any subscription, yet they continue to bill my credit card and ship products I did not request. I’ve contacted them multiple times asking for the shipments and charges to stop, but they have ignored every message. Each month, I’ve had to dispute the charges with my credit card company, meaning they are repeatedly sending out product without ever receiving payment — and still refuse to correct the issue. This ongoing lack of response and accountability is unacceptable. I am now preparing to file a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office regarding their billing and subscription practices.

I received the 1st order then they charged me for a subscription and never sent the second order. It was placed on Dec 23rd 2025, it is now June 2026 and never got my order and got charged for it, never had the money back either and they won’t reply to emails or Shopify messages. Beware! It’s a scam!

Company does not respond to the email links they provide. You are automatically signed up for a membership for a purchase every thirty days. They do not respond to your request. Cereal nutrients are questionable . Poor customer service.
