Mixed first experience, great product. My order arrived missing one box and the packaging wasn’t great. The cereal itself is good, but the shipping box was loose and the top flaps on several cereal boxes weren’t sealed, so some arrived half-open during transit. The internal bags were sealed, but seeing open boxes on a first order isn’t a great first impression. Customer support responded quickly, refunded the missing box, and confirmed they’re upgrading their packaging next month. Hopefully the improvements match the quality of the cereal, because the product itself has real potential. Cookies & Cream was a surprise hit, and Peanut Crazy was my favorite… ironically the one I was shorted.
