Cora’s been awesome. I’m very impressed with their customer service. Any issue they’re there for you quickly. Their team really does care. Plus, the medication arrives fast and cold and the portal is easy to use. Sure, there are cheaper companies but the price is fair and in my experience you pay for what you get with telehealth and the customer service alone is worth it. Love it so far!!

The strategy to start with very low doses and work up gradually is great. Making sure your body can adjust without having extreme side effects, mainly nausea which was hardly ever there for myself. I wanted to try this out and see how well the product works without changing my daily eating/activity habits. The process is slow but patience is really what you need to feel confident it really is working. Losing a few lbs a month is great to start out and as your dose increases every 4 weeks you start to notice more changes. You start to notice you are naturally eating smaller portions without trying. You will feel full quicker and longer through the day. I know this product works and I feel more confident in using it and continuing to use it by seeing the small results this early on. Stress is a big contributor to my stubborn weight and no matter what I tried to adjust with my diet and exercise, the weight would not budge. It tended to stay steady with a 2 lbs difference either up or down. With stress levels acting against my efforts I felt helpless. Seeing my weight go down 11 lbs in only 3.5 months feels really rewarding and healthier than losing more and quicker.

Cora Health/TryCora has by far surpassed my expectations on customer experience, reliability, transparency and effectiveness since using the last 3 months. The customer experience is top notch and you have 24/7 access to support from the Cora team or health providers that respond quickly and immediately. If you like asynchronous or need the comfort of someone their to support you, this is the place for you! I love the online platform for ease of use and ability to direct message and keeping track of your progress. Phone calls to support are direct and so far I have a personal individual that assist me when or if I have questions (huge plus, compared to other companies i've used). They use two top notch pharmacies (Hallendale and VialsRX) that you can route to based on your responses, but you can always update later if you choose by request. I use VialsRx and they have been super fast, cold shipping, full kit and effective with my trizepitide and yes they do go up to 15mg, which is one major reason I swapped to Cora Health to give them a try and I'm glad I did! Im good at 12.5mg currently as Im loosing and body reaction is good here, but having the option to go to 15mg if I stall if a win in my book (my choice on this). Overall I give Cora Health an A+ and highly recommend them!

Impossible to cancel subscription. All they provide is a chat or email option to cancel but you get no response. Also, the number they provide goes to a 'google subscriber voicemail' which is so shady. Do not trust this company.

Hi CMM, We're sorry you had a frustrating experience, and we want to clear this up, because the core claim here isn't accurate: you can cancel your plan yourself, at any time, directly in your patient portal, without messaging anyone. Patients do this every day. Messaging us is simply a second option if you'd rather we do it for you. If you sent a cancellation request and didn't hear back, that shouldn't have happened and we apologize. Mistakes happen, and it's possible your message slipped past us. Please message us again through the portal so we can match your account, and we'll confirm the cancellation right away. If anything was charged or fulfilled after you asked to cancel, we'll refund it. On the phone number: it's a real support line, answered during business hours, and voicemails are returned the next business day. If you called over the weekend, that's why it went to voicemail; as noted on our website, live calls aren't open on weekends, though the portal is monitored. My second shipment of medication arrived very hot to the touch after a one day shipping carrier delay. I contacted cora for a replacement but they refused, instead sending me a study about efficacy up to 112F. My medicine was warmer than that. They claimed they would replace it if I felt unsafe but refused to do so when I asked them to. They instead stopped responding completely to any messages through their portal. My local primary care physician advised me not to take the medication as well. I’m looking for a means to reverse the charges since they failed to provide a safe medication.

Hi Patrick, You're right about the part that matters most: after you followed up on September 8th and 10th, we didn't respond, and that isn't acceptable. Your conversation got lost on our end, plain and simple. We've apologized to you directly today and offered either a full refund or a free replacement shipment, whichever you prefer, no conditions. For anyone else reading: this package was in transit under 48 hours, and the formulation is independently tested at 113°F for five continuous days at full potency. We still replace medication whenever a patient isn't comfortable using it, and we should have done that here the first time you asked. Mistakes happen, even with a team that cares. Highly recommend! Total transparency about costs-no hidden fees. I started on July 1, 2026 and am down 23 pounds by 9/24/2026. The website is easy to navigate and my shipment arrives on time. Glad I signed up!
