Never got my order. It’s been at least a month.

I never got my purchase order. Not even a tracking number. Never buying this again :)

I usually love cloudy, but the shipping and delivery has been terrible. I ordered my second order with them about a week and a half ago, paid for 3 day processing and shipping, and still haven't received a thing. I love cloudy because It helps me sleep, but it's disappointed me this time around with the service.

It's been at least 12 days since I ordered your product. The vape pen that helps you fall asleep. Got the 3 day shipping. And have not received it yet.where is this product coming from iceland?

If I could rate zero stars I would, it has been almost 2 weeks and I still have not received my package. I have emailed cloudy and received nothing back. Very disappointed with this unprofessional company.
