I take the melatonin defusers just about every night to help me fall asleep. They’re not so powerful that they make me groggy but they help me fall asleep much faster than I would otherwise!

Just like a lot of other folks here, I ordered from Cloudy back in Oct of 2021 and never received the product. Here's where it gets weird.... I told their customer service that the product never arrived and I wanted a refund. Response "no refund as it it outside of the refund period, but we will ship your order" How can you not refund an order that never shipped?!?! I have been demanding my refund with similar responses from Support via email. My most recent response included that I have contacted "John R." via LinkedIn (who shows as their Founder, no picture) for assistance. Will have to see what happens, but I suppose my next step is to go to my Credit Card company for a refund. It's been a while so that may not work either. Stay away from this company as they have the trifecta: No Customer Service, No Cooperation, Lots of Bad Reviews from People Who Never Received the Product (Theft) A TOTAL SCAM Update: Shortly after my last contact where I engaged the Founder, I was offered a full refund. I have since received my refund. I don’t understand why this couldn’t have been handled this way from the get-go. I shouldn’t have to threaten to get upper management or an owner involved for a company to do the right thing. I still will never purchase from Cloudy again. Lost customer for life.

Love the products. Great texture and great taste. The mellows have cured my insomnia.

The melatonin diffusers are just alright. However, I really love the body cream. The ingredients are great and it's super moisturizing for my very dry skin. The scent really relaxes me. I wish the spray was stronger and longer lasting, and I wish the diffuser came in different flavors/scents.

It has helped me sleep like I could never sleep in the past, I have been waking up happy and energized

Honestl a really good brand and they give a way a lot of freebies!! Also their diffusers are so good😩😩
