very quick refund

Although I called Sunday to cancel my subscription and No one was there, the company proactively called me back. They honored my request for a cancelation and refund. Thank you.

Don't click tryastro to do this unless you want them to automatically inroll you in a subscription and try to charge you $49.99 without informing you that they're doing so. The link would not cancel the subscription so I had to call to have it canceled and the man that answered was very helpful and considerate.

I haven't received anything yet. How can I rate this experience without getting what I was promised

I tape on a link I came across which took me to trial and after that I didn't show interest again, only for them to deduct me of 625.86ghc and I was like how, I went and applied for cancellation of the subscription and this people still deducted me another sum of 653.83ghc after the cancellation, I applied for immediate refund and stated clearly they never deduct my money, they sent an email that I will receive my refund within 3-6 business working days and today is the 12 business working days, my refund hasn't come, they aren't responding to my emails again so I feel they are scammers and aren't genuine people and people should be careful clicking on links especially this Astro Support team, however, am still waiting on my refund. I mean how can you keep deducting monies that am not benefiting from, I said I don't need your services again of which it was even a mistake I tapped on the link, yet you keep deducting my money, even after cancellation, how????
