Couldn't get jobs proposed from where I lived.

Sorry about that - we're actively working on improving location-based job matching. If you reach out to [email protected] with your details, we can help refine your recommendations.
The support email doesn't work, I would like to request a refund. I tried to message the Instagram account as well, but it didn't work. Edit 28/04/26 I still haven't had any confirmation from them after they asked me to email them again.

Hi, we're sorry about that - our support email at [email protected] is fully active. Could you try reaching out again? If you previously sent a message, it's possible it went to spam on our end. We'll look into it and make sure you get a response promptly.
Several misrepresentations made throughout the process. They claim a 30-day money back guarantee, then send you a completely different set of convoluted policies explaining why they won’t send your money back once you try to claim it. The test doesn’t pair accurately at all, it sends you job recommendations for roles you’ve already held in locations you don’t live in. It asks for an extensive array of data points and fails to act upon them meaningfully. The concept is great - but this company and its product are a frustrating waste of time and money.

Beware if small orint they dont tell you about. Dont fall for this as they will charge in full for the year and will not refund you if you have a problem. Their bot/software literally started glitching on me. It repeated answers i gave it and when i called it out, it started to answer and stop halfway through. It would then maje up a response from me that i never said. It then would repeat over and over. I literally was afraid for my security, privacy and data. It acted more like a virus than a support bot. Now they wont refund my money because i didn't provide proof of the glitch. They keep trying to work around the problem yet still are refusing to refund the full amount. I only used the software fir 10 minutes before it was glitching and cancelled. DON'T FALL FOR IT. Total SCAM!!

Never got through the quiz as the AI just looped same 3 questions that I didn't want to answer for like 30mins - constantly going through questions like what job would you have liked? And what was your project? My projects are confidential and if I knew what job I'd have liked there'd be no point in asking you is it 🙄

Thank you for your review - sorry the experience felt frustrating. Our AI quiz does need those types of answers to build accurate career recommendations, but we hear you - we'll work on making that clearer as you go.
The service doesn't work. It listed a lot of jobs that were already closed to applicants. And they refused to give a refund when I explained that I was unable to use it.

Thank you for your review. The vast majority of our job listings are current, though like any job platform, some may close between updates.
Horrible, fraudulent business. They’re trying to keep my $30 despite the fact that I changed canceled the same day! DO NOT believe their “7day money back guarantee.” SCAM and I didn’t even get my results!!!

I only wished to try the service and emailed their support less than 24 hours after purchasing to cancel. They refused and only offered partial credit. Then they said the service is cancelled but I got billed again 1 month later. Do not use their services.
