When I explained that I didn’t get all the product I had ordered I received a timely response. And Mhyca, Cecille & Joan were so very helpful. They asked for some photo evidence and they arranged a replacement shipment. I am so pleased with the service and want to extend a grateful thanks to the team.

I had an issue with an order getting lost in transit. I sent an email to customer service and Joan responded promptly by looking into the location of my shipment and offering a solution. JeAnne made sure to have the order reshipped quickly. They made the inquiry smooth and seamless and received notification within a hour that my new product had already shipped. Looking forward to starting my Athena products soon!
