We have had an excellent experience with Truoba. We found that the architects were both wonderful to work with on this project. They had excellent ideas, concise communication, and responded to changes and requests very quickly. We are so happy with our custom house plans, and are excited to start our build. We have had such a positive experience working with Truoba. We love their modern aesthetic, and their excellent service and work ethic. We highly recommend their services.

Truoba Rocks! Ignas is great to work with and super responsive. His modifications to one his plans is stellar. Can't wait to build. Thank you!

Working with Ignas Stancikas made my experience with Truoba helpful and timely. I had a lot of questions and ideas, which were thoughtfully worked through. I will be recommending Truoba to anyone who asks!

We love absolutely everything about our house plan and we are extremely excited to see it come to life. The company was so patient with all the changes and were very helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you Truoba!

What made this experience work for us was two things: The first is that Truoba maintained timely and open communication throughout the process but they were willing to tweak their already-awesome designs to what we wanted, even after we had finalized things, they were still willing to adjust a minor thing for us. Totally worth it!

Ignas was great and most importantly he was patient with me during the whole process. Plans are a little pricey when making modifications, but worth the price due to the attention to details, patience and quick responses. Another plus is he's willing to work with me later during my build if any slight changes are needed on my plans. Great company as far as I'm concerned! If you use this company you won't be disappointed!

Great experience! They are very professional and provide a quick response. They customized a beautiful floorplan and are available for assistance throughout the build process.

After looking at thousands of house plans, I found Truoba and immediately knew that we would build one of their homes. The biggest question was 'which one.' Every single one of Truoba's designs are thoughtful, user friendly and environmentally sound. The 921 is our dream home but, as with many waterfront properties, it was a bit too long. We reached out to Truoba and inquired about the cost of moving the garage and making some additional changes to the interior to make it the perfect home for us. I stressed that we were in no hurry and are still in the planning phase but Ignas and his team turned my ideas in to a reality in a matter of days. They are timely and thoughtful in the process of rethinking their original design and even worked in a couple of extra details I had not considered. My husband works for a large building firm so he is very familiar with the design and build process. We had the option of using his people to make the required changes to our plan. After seeing the personalized 921 plan that Truoba has done for us, we know it was the right choice. The cost of the alterations was very reasonable and I was much more comfortable with the Truoba team handling the changes. The process was seamless and the result is exactly what we wanted. I was dreading building another home but now I am eager to get this project underway! Thank you to Ignas and team for giving all of us more options for accessible, thoughtful and environmentally sound design.
