Hello John, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We would like to clarify that our software is designed specifically for Apple Mac devices, and we ensure it performs optimally within this ecosystem. While we understand the convenience that cross-platform compatibility would offer, our software was never marketed to work on an iPad. This information is detailed in our product descriptions and supported device listings. We are committed to delivering quality experiences and are continually exploring ways to expand our software’s compatibility. Your input is invaluable to us, and we will certainly keep your suggestion in mind for future updates. If you have any further concerns or require assistance with our software on supported devices, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. Warm regards, Truly Office
