True cable delivered on time with no damages in shipping at all. Cable pulled great out of boxes. No tangles or broken spools. Jackets hold up great to industrial warehouse application where you have less than ideal pulling conditions. Cable colors are very clear in low light and terminations are easy.

I emailed them twice to no response. I called them three times nobody picked up. I left a message once and nobody returned my phone call. They're cable seems to be pretty high quality. However that doesn't matter when you don't contact your customers back when they contact you that many times.

I have never trusted a cable brand as much as truecable! I have bought many different brands like cmple and vivo, but none have lived up to the amazing truecable! Their customer service is great, and the cable is even better!!!

Love tru cable shielded cat 6 best cable out there that won’t break the bank

I have not purchased anything yet, but I will be very soon for a prewire for my new home. True Cable comes highly rated. I Iike that they offer many different colors of Cat6 cable so I can color code my devices at each TV in the home, AP's, cameras, etc.

Ordered 1000 feet of Outdoor Cat6 Unshielded cable for running multiple CCTV cameras via a PoE Switch and it was just as expected as far as quality and shipping. Ordering is painless, highly professional and they are a quality supplier. The outdoor cable is still holding strong 3+ years later here in South Florida which is saying a lot with the heat and humidity. I also recommend their Toolless Keystone Jacks which make installation a breeze and no punch down tool required. Even for the diy'er, they have tons of videos and help available to achieve your home projects. For the professional, they have good prices with great customer support for solid products.

I order 1000 ft cat6 cable and it was shipped early the next morning and at my house within 2 days. I used to to hardwire my house and it is working great so far with no dropped signal. Very happy with the product.

Awful customer service. The person I spoke to on the phone could not help me with any questions I had. She would just read off a scripted answer and was of no help at all. When I asked if there was someone else I could talk to she became really rude and condescending.
