I purchased the rescue balm. I cannot believe how small the container was for 77$. Does not do anything for crepey arm skin which is what they advertise and why I purchased it. What a rip-off!!!!!!

Zero customer service response. They don’t stand behind their products. Used it for less than 2 weeks and broke out. Zero recourse

In concert to other reviewers, there is no customer service and they don't honor any of the promo or sales. Seriously, there is NO customer service. I purchased the best seller Christmas set during Christmas sale and they charged me regular price. I emailed them to ask and silence.

They don’t answer you back there’s no human beings available they tell you that they will chat with you, but it’s a bot when you contact them saying you have a problem with one of their products they don’t help
