I am an independent driver and have worked with a few ELD systems but TruckX ELD is hands down the best one. It’s simple to use, reliable, and they have a support team who is always available to help. It keeps me quiet and does not break my routine, so a great product for any traveling individual.

I have had a great experience with TruckX ELD and the new design. Its interface is really easy to use even for the less tech-savvy person like me. All is easy to find, I don’t have to search much for logs, hours or reports. For some of my drivers, there was some initial adjustment time but once they got acclimated it all went well. It is very clean and modern, and you can see that it was built for drivers and managers. There have been times when I’ve contacted their customer service and they were quick to respond. It’s been an OK time, all things considered!
