Their monitor was super heavy and clunky, so I wanted to return it. It was a nightmare. Constant back and forth with their rep and he’d only respond once a day in the middle of the night EST. Finally got some (not all) money back. The whole thing seems like a big scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We ordered their triple monitor 2 weeks ago, got an emailed UPS tracking number that says it still hasn't been shipped. We cant get a hold of the company. Dont waste your time or money. We will be having this charge removed through our credit card company.

The product is of poor quality all the way from screen resolution to how it fits. On my macbook air it falls off all the time, impossble to use during travel = the entire purpose of it is gone..

Tropire Tri-Screen is pure garbage. DO NOT BUY IT. I bought it last year and every time I try to use it, it gives me connection problems. I've tried contacting tech support and they just give me excuses after excuses. Every time I try to use the Tri-Screen it works for a few minutes and suddenly turns off and a few seconds later it turns on again and so on. The adapter, which they don't show clearly in the demo videos, is like carrying a tangle of cables that make it impractical to work with my laptop.

Ordered the product but it never arrived in the 4-7 days. Tried to email them to ask but the email bounced back as not recognised. Buyer beware and going to contact Trading standards and bank to get a refund.
