We are planning a trip to India (Kerala) from US during the end of June 2016 and returning by middle of July. All the online travel web sites (which we used in the past) did not give us a good deal. Then we contacted some travel agents and one of them happened to be Trippact.com. We contacted one person Robert Polos, who got a good deal for us by Air India from Charleston-NY -New Delhi- Kochi, and back without long waiting time in between. The ticket was cheaper than what was available through online web sites. Robert Polos is very friendly and helpful and the whole booking went smoothly. Within 48 hours we got the etickets and everything looks fine. I have no hesitation in recommending Robert Polos or Trippact.com to anyone looking for a good deal on India ticket. Thank you

Trustworthy company with great people.Initially while making booking i was little skeptical as the executive(Neha Jaswal) was so polite and understanding but later realised they are really genuine. The company's other people ( Mr.Jasmeet) also are very cooperative. Only concern i faced, As i was making the booking from USA i felt the people little unreachable during our evening hours. RIcha.
