We're glad we could assist you promptly! If you have any more questions or need further help, feel free to reach out anytime. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Their site was glitching on the free shipping. I emailed in as it was at night. I missed the first reply as it went to my junk mail. Albert was more than happy to fix the issue and put his tech people on it so it didn't get anyone else. The personal care with this company is excellent! Don't expect that there can't be mistakes.....they aren't a big corporation. Thank goodness because they will step and fix any issues.

Quick and easy - exactly what we want to hear! Thank you for your business, Kim! Please reach out if we can ever be of additional assistance.
Abert explained the process to me and his eagerness to help me acquire a freeze dryer was great, not pushy or arrogant; just helpful. I put 1 on layaway and paying as i can. It will take a while but its the only way i can do this. Living Traditions Homestead Kevin & Sarah sold me on the idea.
